I don't like the title of the new Star Wars movie because it's the first one to be named after a person/lineage of people while previous films were named after feelings/entities.
Why are reaction clips considered "fair use" on Youtube (i.e. the H3H3 lawsuit) but you can get a copyright claim for singing (not even playing) the lyrics to two seconds of a song? Shouldn't clips with both image and sound be higher grounds for copyright?
IMO Disney messed up by putting Will Smith's face on Genie's character, not only because the role is so deeply tied to Robin Williams' performance, but also because the Genie is a non-anthropomorphic character. The Genie should've been a fully CGI designed character.
