I purchased 5 months/30$ of sirius XM, which apparently doesn't include Howard Stern. I asked the sales person if it would be included with that package and she told me it would be, but then channels skip from 99 to 102. I'm really disappointed in this company. I would not have done it if I knew it didn't include Stern. After this happened, I called customer support and they told me there is nothing they could do. The only option I had was to switch from my 30$/5 month plan to a 21$/month plan (the premium package). Pretty disappointed, especially from a company that is usually known for great customer service.
