I loved the program and found it such a good challenge. I had never done any weight lifting program before. Previously I would just do cardio and gym classes.
PR weights below. There is 14 weeks between the “was” and “new” weight.
Overhead press Was 30kg, New 37.5kg
Bench Was 37.5kg New 40kg
Squat Was 50kg New 65kg
Deadlift Was 65kg New 85kg.
Very happy with my progress. Especially in deadlift.
