I struggle really badly with water retention (hormonal and food...) and I only lose weight at the first half of the month.

For instance , at the start of a March I was 140, 1.5/2 Lbs lighter than Feb. now I’m up to 144/145 as my period is next week...

So infuriating!! I’ve been doing IF so I know I haven’t been eating over (also working out). Husband wants to say I’ve been eating too much but that just simply is not true.

GI issues always act up right around my period, so extra-sensitivity to food and I’m a bloated water retained mess.
