I’m a banana lover, so when I need to binge or try to get rid of a headache, I eat probably up to 4 or 5 bananas with a little peanut butter. Or maybe I eat a couple of boiled eggs.

Would this be something I should be concerned about? I’ve been a believer that if I want to over eat, I should give in to that but with healthy foods. Anybody have better options for my sweet tooth?

Edit: binge is not the right word to use. Over eating or thoughtless snacking would be a better thing to call this.
