Someone get little man a lemonade already.
or Child Protective Services
Oh fuck off.
This thread is a dumpster fire of idiots.
That kid is fine in that moment.
Don't you know that making an even remotely sexual joke anywhere near a child will damage them forever? /s
The folks involved in the OP could be awful parents or great parents for all I know, but this gif is nowhere near enough to make an informed opinion. Maybe a lot of folks are just projecting their own disgust at the idea of their mothers enjoying sex?
I'm guessing the kid was already upset for some other reason. He looks to be about 8, and most kids at that age don't know enough about sex to understand innuendos
Mom looks like she’s just hamming it up while Jr. has a little pouty fit. For real, kids are drama all the time, especially in a restaurant. “My last 5 fries are cold! Let me sob quietly about this incredible disappointment.”
I think you are downplaying the significance of having to eat your fries cold.
Confirmed. Currently eating cold, sad fries.
As an uncle who had to endure mini golf with an 8 year old. Fuck that shit!
“It’s ok big guy,
Sure you can go first.
Sure you can have blue instead of red.
You can hit my golf ball.
You can have a redo.
Sure we can switch clubs.
Oh for fucks sake!!! Why are you crying now?!?!”
Haha yeah. I'm only the cool uncle right up to the point where they start acting up. No can do kid, I'm here for funsies. If you want to throw a tantrum like a baby Ima tell you why that shit don't fly then I'll leave.
My son and his cousin were just fighting because neither one of them wanted to play the Nintendo. I just recommended turning it off and all was good again.
Exactly. It’s a bit of a reach to assume he understands what sucking down a straw means come on now people.
That person clearly never watched 1990s Nickelodeon.
Rocko worked a sex line.
There was also a jackhammer competition called The All-American Jack Off.
Also I'm willing to bet the woman in that gif is his sister, not his mother
If the kid knew what she had on her mind, he's been corrupted way too young..
The pain in his eyes says it all.
i thought i knew what pain was, then i looked into this child’s eyes, and pain is now within me
Sounds like a great first line for a novel
...cause i'm a shut-in and never saw kids have a tantrum. Then I got kidneystones, and hoo boy was I a preachy moron. The end.
My MIL's failsafe over-the-phone stone diagnosis- wife had to call her to come look after the kids when I felt like my left nut was being slowly ripped off: "is he under the table crying and chewing on a chair leg? "
Table leg, but otherwise she nailed it.
The second time was worse. I'd never puked from pain before. Hospital thought I was drug-seeking and I knew swearing at them was not he right protocol; gritting my teeth until one broke in half and spitting it out set them straight. "Are you vomiting from the pain sir? Or is it withdrawal?" I've never wanted to hit a person so badly. How about a chiclet instead?
Even a tear came out
If she breathe ...
Absolutely awful if that’s the case, but I’m also willing to bet he could be crying for any other reason like she didn’t let him get dessert, I know I cried for dumb shit like this but I don’t know if I could conceptualize my mom sucking a dick when I was that age though
Kids have the internet and see this stuff so early it’s troubling.
Trust me as someone who’s been a camp counselor for a few years it’s disheartening hearing 13 year olds talk about nudes casually. Especially since I thought I grew up fast because of the internet but kids these days are streets ahead of me when I was their age
Yeah I thought i grew up fast because i find my dad's raunchy porn mags at a young age. But these days, i don't think any of makes it past age 9 without seeing everything there is to see. 😞
That kid isn’t crying because his mom is doing that.
What the fuck is wrong with y’all.
Edit: some idiot below actually brought up Child Protective Services.
Nah I can tell from this 3 second video that the mother is terrible and abusive and has corrupted her poor child. He definitely doesn't have a father I can tell from the pain in his eyes
Not that she's joking because he's crying over the drink. Kids don't cry over stupid stuff. That's implausible
Welcome to the reddit army. In here, everyone is guilty and their lives must be ruined.
"You're not raising your son...
Your raising someone's Husband and someone's Father.
Raise him well."
I'm going to die alone, and childless
Then he finds the Internet.
Yeah, it hurts to realize this.
That's probably not what's happening, the kid was likely already upset and they're joking around making him more upset.
im sure the kid is just upset he couldn't get something at the restaurant and started to cry and this happens in the aftermath
Yeah he looks like he’s already crying and is upset about something else. Damn Reddit just jumps to any conclusion to condemn someone.
Still dumb to do that in front of her kid but people are crying child abuse
Exactly, 99% of children who saw what she was doing would have zero idea it has any kind of sexual or inappropriate connotation.
He would just see the adults goofing around drinking lemonade, laughing and recording him while he’s crying and wanting to be taken seriously. But at that age he’s probably just throwing a tantrum about something dumb and doesn’t need to be taken seriously.
Quick anecdotal story from when I was 7: my dad's girlfriend at the time went with us to disney world, and having been raised by my grandparents to be the lamest christian child on the planet, I actually started crying when I saw her wearing lipstick and claiming she'd get a tattoo. Point being, there are other scenarios this image could imply, not just the one scenario you're familiar with.
Exactly what I thought, too. People are taking this way too seriously.
Reddit does not pass a chance to judge people down, even with literally as little as 1 second of footage without any form of context to operate from.
Did anybody seriously think that's why he was crying? It's just a funny juxtaposition.
Damn you people really don’t understand Instagram or Twitter humor at all
Holy Shit This is actually sad Sorry Kid
Clearly he's crying about sth else, and is just annoyed at them goofing around and smiling while he's upset
He shouldn't understand at his age. Being that He's got a tear rolling down his cheek allready looks to me that He's sulking. And the look of disdain may be due to the fact that he thinks she's making fun of him because she's laughing. But I wasn't there and wouldn't assume
Yeah. the kid looks to me like he's already being a little shit and they're laughing at him throwing a tantrum.
We used to do the same thing to kids we knew when they were little and throwing little kid fits.
And guaranteed he has no idea what she's doing. Yes, blah blah internet. He doesn't.
What the fuck, Reddit? Are you all incels?
WON'T SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN?!?!
Stop being a goddamn incel.
A woman making an adult joke is now being a “slut”?
The hell is wrong with you.
If it's a dad making the joke = funny joke and bonding through tough love and slight embarrassment, if mom = Whore, slut and child abuser!
Press enter twice
The girl who posted the video, that’s her cousin. The little kid is her little cousin. (The girl who posted the video on Instagram is my friend)
I assumed she was his sister the whole time, dunno why everyone jumped to mom she doesn't look that old
The caption says mom
Maybe its based on some generalizations they hold
Yeah she seemed a bit young to me, I didn’t get the vibe she was his mom
Not gonna stop this ridiculous circlejerk that somehow this is “child abuse”
Man, fuck these pearlclutchers, girl’s embarrassing her cousin, people acting like their grandpa never told a grossly inappropriate joke or story
People act like they have a right to judge someone by seeing a 10 second clip of their life. I guarantee every reddit user that posted here has done some shit in the past (way worse than this) that they are sooo glad wasn't recorded and uploaded online.
Reddit is so fucking obsessed with catching pedophiles and child abusers, it's disturbing.
It's not that it's wrong to do that, but reddit's about as good at it as they are hunting down bombers.
Reddit is at both sides of the spectrum. I just came from a thread where people we’re saying that a grown man in his 20s having sex with a 14 year old was okay because it was David Bowie. 🙄🙄🙄
It feels like they get hyped up about it at exactly the wrong points. That's how Elsagate turned into a secret cabal of pedophiles and Pizzagate gained some traction.
When it is someone reddit likes, or someone big, reddit's super ready to be a devil's advocate.
Also it seems to me the kid was already upset about something else before the filming started. Probably didn’t get to order what he wanted or something.
NO NO NO she's obviously a trashy slut mother who can't take care of her children! I said it so it's true
Is she single? Asking for myself
This is priceless, especially without any context.
I love how everyone is going "that poor boy what a terrible mom!". I feel sad for that little sweetheart, the tears are just too much, but being a mom with boys that age, there are about a million different reasons for those tears, and without context you can't say it was because of the mom. For all we know he's sad about getting the wrong cup or something.
Exactly. Tbh, I immediately thought he looked like he had already been crying for a bit, and assumed it wasn't necessarily related.
Those tears didn't just form and run all the way down his cheeks in those 3-4 seconds. That kid's already been crying for a couple minutes at least. Maybe he wanted to order pie and chocolate milk for dinner and they said no. Maybe he was being obnoxious with a toy and they took it away from him. Maybe he's just tired and cranky and crying over every little thing that's happening (they do that sometimes). I'd say what the mom is doing is inappropriate considering the fact her young kid is right there, but I'd bet my next paycheck that's not what he's crying about.
For all we know, that's his sister, and she loves making him mad.
I have a big brother who used to do this shit to me all the time. He knew exactly what would work best to annoy me, and finally make me cry.
If you respond and capitulate every single time your kid cries, you're either going to end up with a very ill-adjusted child or a dead kid. You just gotta let them cry at that age.
For all we know they didnt have chicken tenders.
They're all pulling a Joan Callamezzo and speculating wildly
WTF after sucking the straw she's looking at her son like " How cool is that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ( ͡☉ ͜ʖ ͡☉) ".
What? She didn't look at him at all
Thanks for this. People always make comments exaggerating videos and making it look more than it is (the .5 second dash look doesn't count) I guess its easy karma.
People on here are being ridiculous. in the 19th century and early parents would have sex while their kids were in the same bed. Some lady makes a flirty/suggestive motion while the kid is clearly not paying attention or comprehending what it is and they're shouting CPS.
She is leaning too far forward. Probably looking at someone else in the restaurant to see if she got caught acting like a hoe.
If you press the red bar at the top of the screen you can stop the recording without pulling up the control center
Also don't record a video. It's already been recorded.
What six year old would even understand that? Child abuse? Trashy? Come on, have a sense of humor you losers.
Damn people need to chill out on here
You can even see a glisten of a tear on his cheek. He’s seem some shit.
He sees it still
Why is everyone on here assuming that's his mom?
Why does everyone in this thread think that this is trashy? She’s not even the kids mom and the kid probably doesn’t even know what it means.
Why is this a screen recording of a phone with Instagram open.
She cute doe
The way the kids crying makes me think as he seen this before?
or maybe hes crying for another reason?
Naw, this is Reddit. We make our own story.
You really think somebody would do that? Just go on the internet and write a joke caption?
This kid for sure wants lemonade and the mom won't get him one and now she's just rubbing it in, which is shitty for a different reason.
This is wild speculation
No more wild than assuming this kid knows what a blowjob is and understanding that his mother is referencing it with her straw.
Yeah but this is reddit so we like to speculate wildly about the...types of people.... that we know are bad.
Yeah, but everybody is an expert in everything on this degenerate website. Trust me, I'm a doctor.
Poor, poor kid :(
this could also be an older sister
I wonder if the kid did that to his straw not knowing what it is and mom is poking fun at him. He's upset because he's embarrassed. Just my guess.
Is she from North East Mississippi?
If so I think I might know her.
Edit: Why the downvotes guys? She honestly looks like someone I know down there.
West Texas. You racist. /s
I earned that one.
I know a chick from there.
Spitting image of the girl in the vid.
Got a kid about the same age too.
Could have been her.
Same sly smile and all.
Tbh if you pm her name I can find out where she’s from and who she is, if it’s the same person, I’m really good friends with the girl who posted this.
Kid at school: "I fucked your mom last night"
Kid: "Yeah you probably did"
Is this a video of an Instagram post posted on Reddit?
Looks like he wants a lemonade too. I doubt he knows what’s up.
She moved her head up and down a straw who gives a fuck? You losers are all acting like she raped the kid...
Imagine making a small joke with your friend/significant other like what is done billions of times per day...and people are thrown into a tizzy over it.
He probably wanted something but wasnt allowed to get it. Or he wanted a lemonade but didnt ask for it so he wants it now.
He needs some milk!
"Oh, so thats why you dont know who my dad is..."
