Not much to critique here. Just eat more and keep on training. 4 months maybe sounds long but when it comes to fitness and bodybuilding it is close to nothing. I am really curious how you will look in 2 or 3 years so keep going
I don’t see any difference. Maybe try upping those calories?
Great volume adds especially in the shoulder tricep and chest, especially just for four months.
Looks like you’re doing it naturally, and keeping lean. Imagine where you will be if you keep it up for a couple of years.
