I've had a strain called sweet n sower (well at least that's what my hook up said it was) had a look on leafy and it said it has 9-10% THC and 9-10% CBD. It was way more relaxing than just high THC strains but you don't feel as high as you do with high THC.
It's more about CBD:THC ratio than just THC percentage. A 1:1 strain is going to have very little psychoactive effects, especially for a regular smoker. The good news is that you've got a great strain for daytime pain/inflamation/anxiety/seizure/cramp relief.
The high CBD content will mitigate the effect of the THC. No one is going to get super high off of a 1:1. You could take that 1:1, concentrate it, and do a huge dab- it still won't get you wrecked. Likewise, if you ever have a THC overdose situation on your hands, you can administer CBD for relief.
