fantastic planet. 70s French art house film. it was a night with the bros, smoking weed and drinking with lots of banter, so was hoping to watch something funny, or anime. but the super woke guy in the group who was obsessed with Jordan Peterson decided this would be a good time to watch a 70s French animated avant garde movie about aliens enslaving humans. cool.
Synecdoche, New York
Beetlejuice for me, still don't get some scenes
A Perfect Blue.
Any movie from Neil Breen
Into the void was pretty weird. Its been a while but a brother and sister are living somewhere in japan and the brother dies early in the film. You basically follow his "soul" through the rest of the film. His sister is a stripper and it gets weird when hes basically watching her strip. Its been a while since ive seen it so my recollection may be blurry.
Not a film but the Netflix series Maniac didnt make any sense to me at all. I only watched the first episode
Sorry to Bother You.
Think it was called creatures from the abyss.
The enemy was a flying fish.
It was terrible to the point it was a comedy.
