If I do not go to the gym, fasting is much lighter and I can handle 24-48 hours. However, if I go to destroy the gym (I train for 5 years of bodybuilding) the next day I have hungry since the morning and fasting is very demanding! I can not imagine that someone is going through a week and having a 4x training.

This difficulty probably rises due to the cost of muscle repair. Does anyone have a similar experience to me?
